Consultant: Preparation of the Kigali HFC Implementation Plan (KIP), Stage I for Oman
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional to develop a thorough and compliant national Kigali Implementation Plan (KIP) for Oman. You will work from home for a duration of 4.5 months, focusing on data collection, stakeholder consultations, and analysis in line with Multilateral Fund guidelines. Your responsibilities will include formulating strategies to achieve Kigali Amendment targets, preparing project proposals, and ensuring the final KIP is submitted to the Executive Committee for approval. To qualify, you should have an advanced degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in project design and implementation related to the Montreal Protocol.
