Consultor/a Técnico-Analítico Regional para el Proyecto Red y Observatorio para la Sostenibilidad del Agua (ROSA)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled consultant to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality outputs for the ROSA project, including the design and validation of a MOOC course, the creation of regional technical documents, and the establishment of the Water Sustainability Observatory. Your role will involve consolidating these tools as vital regional resources to enhance institutional capacities, support evidence-based decision-making, and promote innovative water management solutions in Latin America and the Caribbean. Additionally, your work will help position CEPAL as a leader in sustainable, inclusive, and resilient water policies aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. This is a home-based position for a duration of 10 months, under the supervision of the Economic Affairs Officer responsible for water-related issues. Ideal candidates should have a university degree in economics, environmental sciences, or related fields, with postgraduate studies in sustainable development or public policy preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in project planning, coordination, and management is required, along with knowledge of sustainability policies and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish is essential, and English proficiency is a plus. 🌍💧📚
