Consultor(a) para la Implementación del Marco de Medición de la Cooperación Sur-Sur en el marco del convenio CEPAL–APC-Colombia
Job Description
As a Result of Service contributor, you will play a key role in strengthening the methodological framework of South-South Cooperation (CSS) in Latin America 🌍. Based in Chile from September 1, 2025, until August 31, 2026, your duties will include developing methodological tools, providing technical guidance to pilot countries, and reviewing their reporting on CSS contributions. You’ll also design supportive materials, facilitate regional workshops, and create various technical products as needed, all aimed at enhancing national capacities in cooperation measurement 📊. To succeed in this role, a bachelor’s degree in economics, public policy, statistics, or a related field is essential, along with two years of progressive experience in economic analysis, applied statistics, or public policies. Fluency in Spanish is required, and proficiency in English is desirable. Experience with UN agencies or regional organizations in economic or statistical areas is a plus.
