The Universal Postal Union (UPU) is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the development and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing the quality of postal services globally. Under the supervision of the Director of Postal Operations, you will lead initiatives to ensure excellence in both letter-post and parcel-post services, while coordinating compliance and improvements across various programs. Your role includes engaging with stakeholders to implement UPU standards and international best practices, conducting audits, promoting quality awareness, and tackling emerging postal sector challenges. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external organizations, ensuring that UPU’s quality of service initiatives align with global standards.
