Job Description

We are seeking a qualified consultant for the position of expert in disability-inclusive care systems in the KOICA-funded project “EQUIP: Equality and Quality in Disability-Inclusive Human Support Provision” based in Mexico. This role involves conducting in-depth interviews with service providers in Moldova to gather evidence on current practices and inform strategic recommendations. The consultant will be responsible for applying structured questionnaires, preparing narrative summaries, and contributing to a synthesis report. Candidates should have a university degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Human Rights, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in qualitative research and knowledge of disability policy. Fluency in English and Romanian is required. 🌍📝✨
