Job Description

We’re looking for a Defence Human Resources Strategy Adviser 🇺🇦 to join the NATO Representation to Ukraine (NRU) in Kyiv. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of Ukraine’s defence and security institutions by advising on modern, transparent and effective human resource strategies. You’ll work closely with Ukrainian ministries, NATO allies, and partners to support defence transformation, including workforce planning, professional education, and interoperability with NATO. You’ll also lead and contribute to projects under NATO’s Comprehensive Assistance Package. This high-impact role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and experience in defence HR at a national level.
