Job Description

The UN Resident Coordinator Office (RCO) in Lesotho is seeking a Development Coordination Officer / Economist to help advance the country’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 🌱. In this role, you will conduct evidence-based analysis, provide strategic advice, and advocate for economic transformation in collaboration with various stakeholders 🤝. You will coordinate the development of integrated SDG programming and manage knowledge sharing to promote effective sustainable development practices 📈. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in economics, possess at least seven years of relevant experience, and be proficient in English, with knowledge of another UN language being a plus.
