The Director of Mission Support (DMS) plays a crucial role within the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), based in Naqoura. Reporting directly to the Head of Mission (HoM), the DMS is responsible for delivering effective administrative and technical support across various functions, including human resources, finance, logistics, and communication. This leadership position requires strong management skills to ensure optimal resource allocation and collaboration among mission components, while also engaging with national authorities and UN stakeholders to foster efficient operations. The DMS will drive initiatives that enhance service quality, maintain compliance with UN regulations, and uphold the well-being of mission staff.
