Job Description
The Documents Management Assistant position is based in the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in Geneva, reporting to the Head of the Meetings, Documents and Publications Unit. In this role, you’ll evaluate and manage conference documents, ensure compliance with submission guidelines, and assist colleagues in navigating UN documentation processes with a focus on professionalism and organization. You will also guide staff on document preparation, supervise new team members, and collaborate with Document Management Section staff.
