Job Description

We are seeking an individual contractor to support the preparation and organization of the Forum of Mayors 2025 at the UN premises in Geneva 🌍. You will help compile a list of Mayors for invitations and maintain content on the online platform. Your tasks will also involve taking minutes for Bureau meetings, drafting press releases, and creating engaging content for communications, including social media and presentations 🎤. We require a candidate with an advanced degree in International Relations or Business Administration, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in event organization and website management.
