Join us as an Evaluator 🕵️‍♂️ with the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) for a remote, 5-month project aimed at assessing the performance of “Strengthening UNECA’s Capacity in Public Finance.” You will provide an objective evaluation of the project outcomes, offering valuable insights that contribute to enhancing ECA’s influence in global financial discourse. We seek an expert with at least 15 years of experience in international development evaluations, particularly in public finance and macroeconomic analysis in African contexts. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French is an asset. This role does not involve any fees during the recruitment process, ensuring a fair and transparent approach.
