Job Description

We are seeking a qualified consultant for the role of Evaluation Consultant to assess a project funded by the United Nations Road Safety Fund (UNRSF) that aims to enhance road safety in Colombia. The consultant will be responsible for delivering a work plan and inception report, a draft final evaluation report, and a final evaluation report over a period of 12 weeks. Key duties include conducting a thorough evaluation of the project’s relevance, effectiveness, sustainability, and overall results, while documenting lessons learned and best practices. Proficiency in English and Spanish, alongside a Master’s degree in relevant fields and extensive experience in program evaluation, are essential. The evaluation will adhere to the highest ethical standards and involve a variety of data collection methods.
