Join us as a national contractor to support the Technology Needs Assessment (TNA) process for climate change mitigation in Azerbaijan 🌱. Under the guidance of the TNA Coordinator, you will assess and identify technology needs in the Energy and AFOLU sectors, produce various reports, organize stakeholder meetings, and facilitate project planning and policy briefs. We’re looking for someone with a postgraduate degree in environmental management or related fields and at least 5 years of experience in these sectors, preferably in Azerbaijan. Fluency in English is essential, and Russian is a plus! The position is based in Baku and will last for 20 months. 🌍 Ready to make a difference? Apply now!
