Job Description

We are seeking a qualified contractor to support the Technology Needs Assessment (TNA) process focused on climate change adaptation in the Water (Water Security) and Health sectors in Palikir, Federated States of Micronesia 🌍💧. This role involves providing technical services to assess technology needs, develop a portfolio of prioritized technologies, and create several key reports including the TNA, Barrier Analysis and Enabling Framework (BA&EF), and a Technology Action Plan (TAP) 📄✨. You will be responsible for organizing stakeholder workshops, collaborating with experts, and identifying barriers to technology implementation. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in environmental management or related fields, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, especially in climate adaptation 🌱. Fluency in English is required. This contract is expected to last for 21 months, with opportunities for field trips and training workshops 🗓️✈️.
