Job Description

As a Field Security Assistant, you will be a vital part of the UNDSS Integrated Security Workforce in Mogadishu, Somalia, reporting directly to the Chief Security Officer. Your role will entail providing essential administrative support to the Fire Safety and Security Officers, assisting with data analysis, and preparing security documents. You will lead training orientations for staff, conduct fire safety inspections, and ensure compliance with UN safety guidelines, all while fostering a culture of teamwork and effective communication. A high school diploma is necessary, alongside a valid driver’s license, and experience in security or related fields is required, with additional training being a plus. Proficiency in English and Somali is essential for this position. 🌍🚨
