The Finance and Budget Assistant plays a crucial role in the Executive Office of the Secretary-General, reporting directly to the Finance and Budget Officers. In this position, you’ll support budget development, prepare financial documents, monitor expenditures, and assist in managing trust funds 🔍. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with colleagues, ensure compliance with UN regulations, and maintain financial records 📁. A high school diploma and a minimum of seven years of relevant experience in finance or budget management are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems 💼.
