Join us as a Gender Specialist for Saint Lucia! π In this role, you will lead a national gender assessment that will help shape the ongoing LDN TSP 2.0 initiative, focusing on sustainable land management and gender inclusivity. π The position is home-based, preferably in Saint Lucia or remotely within the Caribbean, with a contract starting soon and running until November 2025. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop actionable recommendations and ensure gender-responsive practices in land policies. An advanced degree in relevant fields and at least 7 years of experience in gender assessments are required, along with familiarity with international conventions, especially the UNCCD.
