Job Description

The African Centre for Statistics of the ECA is looking for a Geospatial Information Science and Technology Intern in Addis Ababa for three months, with the possibility of extension. This unpaid, full-time position involves working five days a week (35 hours) under the guidance of senior geospatial information officers, focusing on gaining hands-on experience in geospatial data management. Candidates should be in their final year of a relevant degree or have graduated within the last year and possess basic GIS software knowledge. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French is a plus.
