Job Description

As a member of the Staffing Diversity and Outreach Section within the UN Office of Human Resources in New York, you will play a crucial role in enhancing human resources initiatives by developing strategic talent acquisition methods aimed at attracting candidates from unrepresented and underrepresented Member States. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research and effective communication campaigns, building partnerships with governments and educational institutions, and implementing initiatives focused on gender parity and diversity. You will also engage in talent outreach events, support applicants with training programs, and provide valuable insights through data analysis to drive informed decision-making. This position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, and fluency in English, with additional languages being an advantage. 🌍🤝✨
