Indicator Assessment – Senior Consultant
Job Description
The United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) is seeking a consultant to assess the current indicators for national reporting on the strategic objectives of the 2018–2030 UNCCD Strategic Framework 🏜️. This home-based position is expected to run from July to October 2025. The consultant will analyze the effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and gender responsiveness of these indicators and prepare reports that will guide the Intergovernmental Working Group on the Future Strategic Framework (IWG-FSF) 📊📝. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, extensive experience in program evaluation, and strong analytical skills. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other UN languages is an advantage 🌍. Only independent operators can apply, and candidates must meet specific technical requirements for remote work 💻.
