Individual Contractor on Financing for Development (Data Analysis)
Job Description
We are seeking an Individual Contractor (IC) for a 6-month assignment based in Beirut to support the Financing for Development Team. Your primary role will be to enhance the GUARD tool, aimed at measuring Illicit Financial Flows (IFFs) from Phantom Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). This includes conducting econometric analyses, updating and maintaining data files, and compiling economic indicators relevant to IFFs in Egypt. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in economics or a related field, a year of relevant experience, and proficiency in statistical software like STATA or EVIEWS.
