Job Description

The United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) is seeking an intern for a 6-month opportunity based in Nairobi, Kenya. 🌍 As part of the Budget and Finance Unit, you’ll assist in finance, budget, and audit tasks, helping to manage grant budgets, prepare financial reports, and support audit processes while gaining invaluable experience. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates in Finance, Auditing, Accounting, or related fields who are passionate about sustainable urban development and the UN’s mission. 💼 Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and fluent in English, with knowledge of additional UN languages a plus. Please note that the internship is unpaid, and candidates must handle their own travel and living expenses. Do you meet any of the above criteria?
