Job Description

The Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) is offering an exciting internship opportunity in Geneva from September 2025 to March 2026 for up to six months, with flexible arrangements available (in-person, remote, or hybrid). As an intern, you’ll support projects within the Needs and Response Analysis Section, engaging in tasks like analyzing humanitarian needs, assisting with emergency assessments, preparing research and documentation, and organizing meetings. Ideal candidates are graduate students or recent graduates in fields like political science, humanitarian affairs, or international studies, and should have strong research and communication skills in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus. Please note that this is an unpaid position, and candidates will be responsible for their own travel and living expenses.
