Looking for a rewarding opportunity to showcase your skills? The United Nations is offering an internship position in the English Verbatim Reporting Section located in New York π½. This opportunity is available for a period of 2 months at a physical location or remote, with potential for extension π. Your role will include translating meeting records into English πβοΈ, transcribing or reviewing transcriptions π₯οΈ, assisting in testing technology including speech-to-text ποΈ and offering your mastery to various related tasks π. We value professionalism, effective communication, teamwork and technological awareness in our interns π. Academic requirements include an enrolment or degree in a related graduate program, and proficiency in English and at least one other official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish) ππ. This is an unpaid internship, and all travel and accommodation arrangements will need to be made by the intern or their sponsors ππ .
