Job Description
We’re looking for driven interns to join our team at the Executive Office of the Secretary-General (EOSG)! πΌ You’ll dive headfirst into our Strategic Planning and Monitoring Unit, providing strategic insight and aiding in planning, while aligning plans and resources to support the Secretary-General’s goals.πβοΈ This opportunity lasts between 3 to 6 months and adjusts to your life – you can work in-person, remotely, or in a hybrid model.π You’ll be a key member of our dynamic team, taking part in one of four workstreams: strategic coordination, UN 2.0 capabilities, risk and crisis management, or management support. π―π»ππ The ideal candidates should either be enrolled in or have completed either a graduate or undergraduate program. Your field of study should be relevant to the workstream you’re interested in.βοΈπ No matter what, you should be interested in the United Nations’ work and its mission, ready to interact with people from all backgrounds and cultures. ππ Fluency in English is a must!π Please note: interns are not financially remunerated by the UN, and any costs associated with the internship (travel, visas, accommodation, etc.) are the intern’s responsibility.
