Intern: Support to the UNCT on gender equality

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join the Human Rights and Gender Thematic Group at the United Nations Resident Coordinator Office and UN Women in North Macedonia. This hybrid internship (15 August 2025 – 14 February 2026) involves supporting initiatives that promote gender equality and human rights through organizing meetings, analyzing data, and facilitating joint campaigns. Ideal candidates should be students or recent graduates in relevant fields, possess strong skills in MS Office, and be fluent in Macedonian and English. An additional language like Albanian is a plus! Please note, this is an unpaid internship; costs for travel, accommodation, and living expenses are the responsibility of the intern. 🌍🤝
