International Consultant (Gender and Smuggling of Migrants & Trafficking in Persons Expert)

Join us as a consultant to facilitate and deliver a workshop on “Gender Dynamics and Empowerment: Navigating Power Relations and Leadership in Contemporary Society” for the Regional Office for the Middle East and North Africa (ROMENA). 🌍 This role is home-based with travel to Algeria, Morocco, Egypt, and Sudan, expected for 56 working days. You’ll lead preparatory work, deliver engaging training sessions, and prepare outcome reports based on discussions with regional participants. Candidates should possess an advanced university degree in a relevant field, alongside 10 years of professional experience in criminal justice, human rights, or similar areas. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of French is a plus.
