Join the Commission on Latin American and Caribbean Economic Development (ECLAC) in Santiago for a 4 to 6-month internship with the Water and Biodiversity Unit, focusing on biodiversity issues. š You will work under the guidance of the Unit Chief, assisting in gathering information, enriching databases related to biodiversity and sustainable development, coordinating meetings, and producing written materials like reports and infographics. Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed studies in social or natural sciences, with skills in data management and environmental statistics. Fluency in Spanish is required, and proficiency in English is a plus. Please note that interns are not financially compensated by the United Nations; all travel and living expenses are the responsibility of the intern or sponsoring institution. Successful candidates should discuss visa requirements before accepting the internship offer.
