Job Description

The United Nations is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Representative of the Secretary-General for the investment of the assets of the UN Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF). In this role, you will be part of the Private Markets Team within the Office of Investment Management, overseeing a global portfolio worth over $90 billion. Your responsibilities will include implementing investment strategies, conducting thorough market research, and making informed recommendations to optimize investment performance. You will collaborate with experts while ensuring compliance with established guidelines. A master’s degree in finance or a related field is required, along with a minimum of seven years of progressive experience in investment management, particularly in private equity. Fluency in English is necessary; proficiency in another UN official language is a plus.
