Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Consultant for Gender and Inclusivity to enhance gender equality and inclusion in the security operations of the Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS). This home-based position will run through May 5, 2026, focusing on integrating gender considerations into security practices, particularly within the Middle East and Indo-Pacific regions. Responsibilities include identifying gaps, supporting the development of gender-related tools, delivering training modules, and assisting in data collection and analysis. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in a relevant field, a strong understanding of gender equality issues, and at least two years of related experience.
