Join the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) as a Junior Urban Energy Expert in Paris 🌍! In this 12-month role, you will support the Cities Unit in developing a global program focused on Local Energy System Integration for an Affordable & Resilient Energy Transition. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical research, drafting reports, managing projects, and assisting in partnership development with cities and governments. We seek candidates with an advanced degree in energy systems, urban planning, or related fields, along with solid experience in urban energy and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of another UN language is a plus. Be a part of this vital initiative and contribute to sustainable energy planning!
