The Office of Staff Legal Assistance (OSLA) in Nairobi is seeking a Legal Officer to provide vital legal support to United Nations staff, addressing issues related to administrative decisions, disciplinary matters, and representing clients in various tribunals. The role includes preparing legal submissions, conducting comprehensive legal research, and exploring informal resolutions such as mediation when applicable. Candidates should have an advanced degree in international law and at least five years of relevant experience, along with strong analytical and negotiating skills.
