Local Consultant for the Development of Artificial Intelligence Strategy in Libya

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate consultant to develop the national AI strategy for Libya, which aims to improve public services and drive economic growth 🌍. This remote position will require you to prepare a detailed report in Arabic, consisting of at least 30 pages, along with an executive summary. You’ll need to conduct thorough research on existing policies, engage with key stakeholders, and analyze best practices from around the world. Key responsibilities also include ensuring gender-sensitive writing and updating strategies based on feedback from ESCWA and the General Information Authority (GIA) 👥. A master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in digital technologies are essential. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, and knowledge of English is a plus.
