We are seeking a skilled consultant for the development of a national AI strategy in Somalia, aimed at enhancing public services and promoting economic growth through technology. The consultant will conduct research, engage with national stakeholders, and draft a comprehensive strategy that aligns with international best practices, ensuring it reflects the needs and challenges in the region. This remote position is expected to last for 1.5 months and requires a master’s degree in ICT or related fields, along with at least five years of experience in digital technologies. Fluent English is essential, with Arabic knowledge being a plus.
