Logistics support for the organizational process of CRIC 23/COP17 ( two positions)
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Consultant to assist our Conference Services team in organizing the crucial CRIC23 and COP17 sessions📅. This position is based in the Bonn office, with travel planned to Panama and Mongolia in 2025 and 2026✈️. You will play a vital role in managing logistical arrangements, including setting up meeting spaces and ensuring all necessary equipment is available for seamless operations🤝. The consultancy runs from July 2025 to August 2026, providing you with the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders and contribute to significant international events🌍. A minimum of secondary school education and experience in organizing major UN conferences are required. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus👍.
