As a Market-Related Soft Skills Trainer, you will play a vital role in empowering women entrepreneurs in Mongolia by delivering tailored training workshops focused on essential soft skills like communication, leadership, and negotiation. Your responsibilities include adapting training materials to local contexts, coordinating logistics for workshops, and facilitating engaging sessions for diverse groups. You’ll also gather participant feedback and create detailed reports on the training outcomes.
