Job Description

The consultant will work with the International Trade Centre (ITC) under the SheTrades initiative to deliver key training programs aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs in various African countries including Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea, Rwanda, and Senegal. Your main tasks will include developing tailored training materials, organizing and facilitating workshops, and engaging participants effectively to ensure diverse representation. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions on essential market-related skills and be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of the training, compiling reports with insights and recommendations. A bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, strong communication skills, and at least three years of experience in coaching or training are essential for this position. 🌍📈💪 The role is home-based and spans a duration of six months.
