Job Description

The Mitigation and Adaptation Local Consultant on AFOLU sector will play a crucial role in supporting Bolivia’s goal to update its Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) in line with the Paris Agreement. Your responsibilities will include delivering several key reports such as a consolidated technical report on baseline data, validated documents on potential new sectors, and detailed analyses integrating gender perspectives. This hybrid position allows for a flexible work environment while engaging closely with government and local stakeholders. The consultancy spans six months, aiming to enhance the country’s climate resilience amid significant challenges posed by climate change. 🌎👩‍🌾✍️
