Mitigation Expert, Built Environment and Energy Efficiency

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Technology Needs Assessment (TNA) contractor to join our team in Manama, Bahrain, for a period of 21 months. 🌍 This role involves supporting the TNA process in the Built environment and energy efficiency sector, under the guidance of the TNA Coordinator. You will be responsible for assessing technology needs for climate change mitigation, preparing a portfolio of relevant technologies, and producing essential reports such as the TNA, Barrier Analysis and Enabling Framework, and Technology Action Plan. Collaboration with local stakeholders and conducting workshops will be a key part of your duties. The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate degree in environmental management or related fields, possess at least five years of experience in the sector, and have strong analytical and communication skills.
