National Consultant to develop digital human rights guidance and monitoring tool
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Consultant to develop a user-friendly and secure digital tool aimed at guiding youth on human rights while facilitating community monitoring and reporting on digital rights. This work will take place in Monrovia from August 4, 2025, to December 9, 2025, and will involve collaborations with various stakeholders including government ministries, youth organizations, and civil society groups through workshops and training sessions. The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate degree in a relevant field and have at least seven years of experience in legal research, policy development, and human rights law. Strong communication, report-writing skills, and the ability to engage and inspire others are essential. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional UN languages is a plus. Experience with Liberia’s legal system is also desirable. 🌍✊📚
