National Consultant to Support Capacity-Building of RAC Technicians under HCFC Phase-out Management Plan (Stage II, Tranche II) in Iraq

Job Description

We are seeking a consultant for the position of HPMP Stage II, Tranche 2 Implementation Support in Iraq. This home-based role involves the effective and timely execution of technician capacity-building activities, focusing on developing training tools, certifying technicians, and delivering training sessions for refrigeration and air-conditioning professionals 🔧📚. The consultant will support the implementation of the approved plan to ensure Iraq’s compliance with the Montreal Protocol, collaborating closely with UNEP and the National Ozone Center. Candidates should have an advanced degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in capacity building within the RAC sector. Fluency in English and Arabic is required 🌍.
