National Consultant to Support Capacity-Building of RAC Technicians under HCFC Phase-out Management Plan (Stage II, Tranche II) in Iraq
Job Description
Join us as a consultant to support the implementation of the HPMP Stage II, Tranche 2 activities in Iraq, focusing on enhancing technician capacity in refrigeration and air-conditioning (RAC). You’ll develop training tools, lead certification programs for 800 technicians, and deliver training sessions to a nationwide audience of 1,300 RAC technicians, ensuring compliance with international ozone protection standards. This role is home-based and has an expected duration of 1 year. To succeed, you should possess an advanced university degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental) or a related field, alongside a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in training delivery and capacity-building in the RAC sector.
