The United Nations Environment Programme is seeking a qualified consultant for the position of consultant to develop a National Inventory of Banks of Used or Unwanted Controlled Substances and a National Plan for their Management in Cambodia and Lao PDR. ✨ This remote role spans 8 months and involves analyzing data, assessing legal frameworks, and creating recommendations for effective lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and have at least 10 years of experience in project development, data analysis, and chemical management. Strong English language skills are a must.
