Join us as the Ombudsperson for the United Nations Ombudsman and Mediation Services (UNOMS), where you will play a vital role in providing impartial and confidential conflict resolution services for staff at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) based in Geneva 🇨🇭. Your expertise in mediation and conflict coaching will help foster a harmonious workplace by clarifying issues, guiding personnel through policies, and facilitating constructive conversations. With a focus on outreach and education, you will enhance awareness of informal conflict resolution options within the organizations. This position is open to professionals with a Master’s degree in relevant fields and at least 10 years of experience in dispute resolution or related areas, fluent in both English and French.
