Job Description
Join us as an Intern in Bogota for a maximum duration of 6 months, where you’ll assist in drafting documents, researching political events, collecting data, actively participating and monitoring intergovernmental groups, and more. As part of the United Nations Internship Program, you’ll need to be enrolled in or have completed a bachelor’s degree program in an appropriate field, such as Social Sciences, Political Science, Law, or Management. Applicants must have good knowledge of standard software applications including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Teams, fluency in English and Spanish, and an understanding of the Colombian social and political context. But remember, understanding and tolerance of differing opinions and views is crucial for our diverse work environment. 🎓🌐📚
Sadly, children and siblings of current staff members are not eligible to apply. Also, you should note that as interns, you won’t receive financial remuneration from the United Nations and would be responsible for your travel, visa, accommodation, health insurance, and other living expenses.
