Job Description

The Africa Trade Competitiveness and Market Access Programme (ATCMA) Umbrella Programme is dedicated to boosting intra-African trade and fostering trade with the European Union (EU). This initiative, funded by the EU, operates under the guidance of the International Trade Centre (ITC) and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) to enhance market access and export competitiveness for SMEs, while prioritizing women- and youth-led businesses for economic inclusion. The Programme Assistant will play a vital role in supporting coordination, monitoring, and administration of the ATCMA’s ECOWAS component, including budget management, project documentation review, and providing administrative coordination for relevant activities. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in programme administration, fluency in English and French, and a commitment to teamwork, accountability, and professionalism. 🌍📈
