As a Programme Management Assistant in the UN System Chief Executives Board for Coordination (CEB) Secretariat, your role will involve supporting the planning and execution of essential activities 🤝. You’ll coordinate information-sharing between high-level committees, draft meeting summaries, and assist in project management and reporting 📊. Your tasks will include maintaining communication with key stakeholders, providing logistical support for meetings, and ensuring the smooth implementation of programs 🌍. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of international experience in program administration and be proficient in English, with French as a bonus 🌐.
