Job Description

We are seeking a consultant to carry out a Mid-Term Review Report for the project “Institutional Capacity Strengthening for Implementation of the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and Benefit Sharing in Uganda.” 🌍 This position is home-based for a duration of 4 months. The consultant will analyze project achievements through a participatory approach, involving key stakeholders and utilizing both quantitative and qualitative evaluation techniques. The role requires coordination with the project team, overseeing a comprehensive review process, including a desk review of documentation and interviews with various partners. Ideal candidates should hold an advanced degree in relevant fields and have at least 7 years of experience in project evaluation, especially with GEF projects.
