As a Public Information Assistant in the Radio and Television Section of the United Nations Information Service in Geneva, you’ll play a vital role in creating and delivering multimedia communications products ✨. Reporting to the Broadcast and Media Technology Officer, you will assist with the production of audio and video content, coordinate media coverage of UN events, and manage technical logistics for broadcasts 📺. Your responsibilities include compiling and distributing information to journalists, archiving audio and video materials, supporting live broadcasts, and ensuring effective communication with media partners 🌍. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in public communications or international broadcasting, and fluency in English and French is required.
