Join us in Geneva, Switzerland, for an exciting opportunity as a Public Information Intern at the United Nations Information Service! 🌍 This unpaid 3-6 month internship allows you to engage in various outreach activities, helping to plan and evaluate events, produce media monitoring, and generate social media content for our platforms. You will collaborate with team members, draft press briefing summaries, and contribute to the UN Geneva website by writing stories and scripts. To qualify, you should be enrolled in or have completed relevant studies, such as mass communications, journalism, or international relations, and be fluent in both English and French. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable experience in the heart of international diplomacy! 🌐 Please note that interns are not financially remunerated by the United Nations. Costs and arrangements for travel, visas, accommodation, and living expenses are the responsibility of interns or their sponsoring institutions. Interns who are not citizens or permanent residents of the country where the internship is undertaken may be required to obtain the appropriate visa and work/employment authorization.
